Return Policy for 3D Printing
For Custom-Printed Items
All custom 3D prints are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds. This includes items with your own design or file.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or is defective. If that happens, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
For Pre-Made (Stock) Items
If you bought an item that wasn't custom-made, you can return it within 2 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original, unused condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellations
Custom Orders: Once an order is placed, we can't guarantee a cancellation. We start printing quickly!
Pre-Made Orders: You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
